I lead the design execution and help steer the overarching vision for all Coutts public channels, specifically coutts.com, the brand’s primary lead generation tool and digital "shop window." Acting as the design authority, I drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Experience, Marketing, and Brand to ensure a cohesive, premium digital client journey.

Led the end-to-end redesign, rebrand, and migration of coutts.com to the NatWest AEM platform, transforming the brand’s primary lead-generation tool. Managing senior stakeholders and directing cross-functional teams, I successfully delivered a 1,178 story-point roadmap including a bespoke design system and 250+ pixel-perfect pages.

Key Impact: Delivered a 135% increase in page views per visit, a 41% increase in monthly views, and a 128% improvement in accessibility scores.

Senior Product Designer
September 2023 - February 2025
Senior Product Designer at the global design agency Manyone. Partnered with multinational corporations to deliver complex multi-brand design systems, mobile-first and native app designs, and high-impact research initiatives. Key projects include:

Zurich Insurance: Led the mobile-first "Northstar" vision, designing high-converting homepages and a bespoke product comparison tool. This framework ensured global scalability while reducing journey bottlenecks and driving lead conversions.

Harley Davidson: Led the design of the "Ride and Dine" app feature, delivering wireframes and prototypes through five iterations, along with a comprehensive component library for implementation.

Worked for the digital design agency Make it Clear. I Delivered strategic, client-facing solutions for high-profile institutions and technical businesses. I managed two junior designers across multiple workstreams, ensuring design excellence and cross-functional alignment.

Cambridge University Press: Led and managed the development of a unified corporate website for the merger of Cambridge University Press and Cambridge Assessment, along with the transition to a new CSS platform, Drupal. Overseeing stakeholders, junior designers, and developers. Created a Design System and a new global navigation as part of the project.

The Natural History Museum: Led the project to create a responsive website and booklet for the NHM’s funding pitch, helping secure an additional £20 million of Government funding. Collaborated with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

A senior Designer at the luxury brand Paul Smith. I Created concepts, art direction and digital assets for the execution of the RTW & print design collections. Tasks included creating marketing campaigns, look books, branding and artworks.

Designed and created on-brand products and collections, leading projects from inception to show.
